Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Medical Association Conference Secretariat. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as clerical work, communication, company secretarial duties, executive administrative assistance, and customer service. The Conference Secretariat is responsible for coordinating conference-related activities, managing schedules and deadlines, and providing exceptional support to ensure successful conference execution.

Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Extensive experience working on the backend of medical association conferences
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft office software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , event & hospitality related field is a plus
