Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Branch Head to take ownership of our Porur branch. This is a crucial management and revenue-generating role at the intersection of leadership and financial expertise. You will be responsible for the branch's complete P&L, operational excellence, and strategic expansion, ensuring that all activities align with our aggressive growth targets and regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Business & Sales Management
Target Achievement: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets across brokerage, distribution, and investment products.
- Market Expansion: Actively drive new client acquisition and market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and key local business communities.
Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth and compliant functioning of all branch activities, from client onboarding to trade execution and settlement.
Capital Markets Expertise & Advisory
Product Champion: Serve as the subject matter expert in Equity, Derivatives (Futures & Options), and other high-alpha financial products.
- Research Integration: Utilize a deep understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to guide the team in providing timely and accurate investment advice to clients.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage client portfolios and branch exposure, ensuring all leveraged or complex derivative trades comply strictly with defined risk parameters.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentorship: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the branch sales and support staff (e.g., Equity Dealers, Relationship Managers). Translate company goals into clear, actionable individual targets.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a high-performing, ethical, and knowledgeable team environment.
- Compliance Culture: Instill a culture of regulatory integrity (SEBI/exchange compliance) across the branch, minimizing operational and audit risks.
Candidate Profile
- Mandatory Qualification: MBA in Finance (Full-time or Part-time from a reputed institution).
- Technical Knowledge: Non-negotiable, in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of stock market dynamics, hedging techniques, equity trading, and derivative instruments (F&O). Certifications like NISM modules are highly preferred.
- For Freshers: Demonstrated excellence in academic projects related to finance, strong communication skills, and an intense, applied knowledge of the stock market.
- For Experienced Candidates: Proven track record in sales, client servicing, or brokerage operations, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory or senior client-facing role.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, exceptional communication, resilience, and a customer-centric focus.
Remuneration & Growth
- Salary Package: ₹18,000 - ₹21,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
- Incentives: Highly competitive performance-linked bonus structure tied directly to branch profitability and AUM growth.
