BrandMommy Markcom LLP is expanding, and we're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can bring creativity, data-driven insights, and hands-on expertise to our growing digital team.
Location: New Delhi (On-site)
Experience: 1–2 years in performance marketing (internship + full-time can be considered)
CTC: Competitive (based on experience & skills)
What You'll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage ad budgets, track performance metrics, and deliver strong ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign A/B testing.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting creatives.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of UTM tracking, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical mindset with Excel/reporting skills.
- Google/META certifications are a plus.
