Role: Manager – Quantity Surveyor

Industry: Corporate Interiors / Co-working Spaces / Fit-out Projects

Location: Domlur, Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 8+ years in interior fit-out project costing, estimation & BOQ management

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for interior projects
• Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate project costing
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and value engineering
• Coordinate closely with design, procurement & project teams
• Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹125, ₹150,000.00 per month
