Graphic Designer Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer Executive
to join our in-house team. This role is integral to shaping Coitonic's brand identity, designing digital and print creatives, and supporting product marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, and the ability to translate brand vision into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create
  high-quality visuals
  for social media, ads, website, product listings, and email campaigns.
• Develop
  branding & identity assets
  including logos, packaging, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Work on
  UI/UX design elements
  for the website and app to improve user experience.
• Manage
  photo editing & retouching
  for product shoots to ensure premium presentation.
• Design
  brochures, lookbooks, posters, and marketing collaterals
  for print & digital.
• Collaborate with the
  marketing and content team
  for campaign creatives and ad visuals.
• Support in creating
  illustrations, icons, and custom graphics
  as per campaign needs.
• (Bonus) Develop
  motion graphics, GIFs, and short animations
  for digital ads.
• (Advanced/Optional) Contribute to
  3D & CGI projects
  – product renders, AR assets, and packaging visualization.

  Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW
• Knowledge of
  print production standards (CMYK, bleed, resolution)
• Familiarity with
  web graphics (PNG, SVG, responsive design)
• (Optional Advantage) 3D tools –
  Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unreal Engine

Soft Skills

• Time Management – Meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Communication – Understanding briefs and presenting ideas clearly
• Problem-Solving – Finding creative solutions for design challenges
• Adaptability – Adjusting style across different campaigns and platforms
• Team Collaboration – Coordinating with marketing, content, and product teams

Experience Required:

• 1–2 years of professional experience
  in graphic design, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, print, and branding work.
