Civil design engineer

Role Overview:
Eeki is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and design construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will work on our farm construction projects, ensuring that all works adhere to legal guidelines, safety regulations, and environmental standards. He will be responsible for managing civil engineers at site , overseeing progress, and ensuring quality and compliance throughout all stages of the project.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Design & Planning:

a. Design civil engineering projects such as roads, drainage systems ,ponds and tanks.

b. Prepare project blueprints, maps, reports, and specifications , design calculations such as earthworks

c. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering tools for design purposes.

d. Suggest and Prepare drawing for utilities, warehouses needed for various activities, sheds and foundation designs.

2. Surveying & Mapping:

a. Conduct surveys to determine land elevations, property boundaries, and construction layouts.

b. Use surveying tools and software to develop accurate project plans , also analyse the survey data create contours and watershed analysis.

c. Conduct water surveys for water availability throughout the year and flood mitigation measures.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

a. Ensure projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and environmental standards.

b. Work with local authorities for permits and approvals.

c. Conduct environmental impact assessments if necessary.

4. Project Management:

a. Prepare project schedules and manage timelines to meet deadlines.

b. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

c. Manage project budgets, procurement, and resources to stay within cost constraints.

d. Prepare BOM and coordinate with procurement team to prepare cost of the project

5. Problem Solving:

a. Identify and solve design, construction, and operational problems in the field.

b. Recommend modifications or solutions to improve structural integrity and performance.

c. Recommend practices to execute projects faster.

Required skills and qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

● Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management.

● Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D etc).

● Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

● Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Knowledge of environmental, safety, and quality management standards.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Travelling to farms as per the requirement.

Location : Gurgaon , Haryana

Working days : 6 Monday to Saturday -10am to 6pm

Salary : upto 10LPA
