Role Overview

We are seeking a
Full-Stack Developer
with a 
passion for building, scaling, and inspiring.
In this role, you won't just be writing code—you'll be leading from the front, shaping product direction, and building systems that doctors and patients rely on every day.

From architecting scalable backends with Java Spring Boot, to crafting elegant frontends with , to experimenting with AI-driven features, this role offers the breadth and depth of responsibility you won't find in typical corporate setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development:
  Build scalable, secure, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Frontend Development:
  Manage team to architect and create sleek, responsive UIs using , JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Database Design & Optimisation:
  Manage schemas, optimise queries, ensure efficient data flow (MySQL).
• DevOps Exposure:
  Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and automation (Docker/Kubernetes bonus).
• Gen AI Projects (Optional but exciting):
  Contribute to AI-driven features that transform patient engagement.
• Leadership:
  Inspire peers, mentor juniors, and influence product decisions alongside founders.
• Collaboration:
  Work with product, delivery, and customer success teams to deliver impactful features.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay ahead of emerging tech and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years
  of full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, MySQL.
• Proficiency in + modern frontend stacks (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile methods.
• Exposure to DevOps / CI/CD pipelines / Docker / Kubernetes (desirable).
• Any exposure to Gen AI is a big differentiator.

• Strong leadership potential: ability to inspire and guide teammates.
