Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Delhi, India. The Administrative Assistant will handle various clerical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling communications, providing support to executives, maintaining records, and facilitating office workflows. The role also requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities to assist in day-to-day operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Good knowledge of Clerical Skills and office operations
- Attention to detail and a high degree of organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a team in Delhi, India
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and basic computer skills
