Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    high-performance web applications
    using the
    MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , )
    .
  • Work on
    API architecture
    , database design, and reusable component development.
  • Collaborate with
    UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams
    to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
  • Implement
    best coding practices
    , version control (Git), and ensure
    code scalability and maintainability
    .
  • Optimize application performance and handle
    complex data-driven workflows
    .
  • Participate in
    code reviews, sprint planning, and client meetings
    when required.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to
    technical documentation and knowledge sharing
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years
    of hands-on experience in full-stack development using
    MERN Stack
    .
  • Expertise in
    , Redux (Toolkit/Thunk/Saga)
    ,

    ,

    , and
    MongoDB
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    RESTful APIs
    ,
    Authentication (JWT/OAuth)
    , and
    Microservices architecture
    .
  • Experience with
    AWS / Cloud deployment (EC2, S3, CloudFront, RDS)
    preferred.
  • Familiarity with
    TypeScript, , GraphQL

    Docker/Kubernetes

    CI/CD pipelines
