We are looking for a skilled Shift Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent engineering skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee the smooth operation of hotel facilities and services.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Implement energy-saving measures to reduce costs and environmental impact.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in shift engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and engineering principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with energy-saving measures and cost reduction strategies.
