We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. As a digital marketing beginner, you will have the opportunity to learn, support, and contribute to our digital marketing efforts across a variety of platforms. You'll assist in creating engaging content, optimizing online campaigns, and tracking digital performance to help improve the company's online presence and overall brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, website, etc.).
  • Support the management and optimization of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Help create engaging and creative content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) by supporting keyword research and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Contribute to SEO efforts by researching keywords, optimizing website content, and helping with on-page SEO improvements.
  • Track and report the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
  • Help prepare and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other customer communications.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
  • Assist with website maintenance and updates (if applicable).
  • Perform administrative tasks related to digital marketing projects and campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently studying).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn new marketing techniques and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, DIgital Post, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content creation is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
