Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic Field Marketing Representative to promote our services, build strong client relationships, and generate high-quality leads. You'll be the face of our brand in the field—engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person visits to potential clients (local businesses, shops, SMEs, etc.)
  • Promote digital marketing services and create awareness about our offerings
  • Generate and qualify strong sales leads
  • Present proposals and assist clients in choosing marketing solutions
  • Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and follow-ups
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly targets
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions & networking activities

Skills & Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales/marketing (digital marketing industry a plus)
  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Confidence in approaching new clients and building rapport
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Smartphone and ability to travel locally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,786.59 per month
