Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UPS Service Engineer based in Chennai. The UPS Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site field service, maintaining and repairing UPS systems, and delivering technical support to clients. The role demands hands-on technical expertise to ensure efficient and reliable operations of equipment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving related to UPS systems
  • Experience in Field Service operations and delivering on-site technical assistance
  • Strong skills in Technical Support and customer interaction
  • Competence in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment
  • Effective Communication skills with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics or electrical engineering is preferred
