Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of IT inventory, including hardware and software assets
  • Active Directory User Management
  • Conduct daily system monitoring to detect and resolve issues promptly
  • Install and configure new endpoints, software applications, and other IT systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to users
  • Co-ordinating Procurement to Payment process
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Use IT service desk tools to enhance incident management
  • Create and analyze MIS reports to improve system performance and identify areas for improvement

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Hardware, Networking
  • Basic Computer Hardware / Networking / Software / Applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT service desk software
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
  • Quick Learner
