Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Special Educator located in Mumbai. The Special Educator will work directly with students who have disabilities, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), adapting teaching methods to meet students' needs, and working closely with parents and other educators. The role involves teaching middle school students, assessing their progress, and providing necessary support to help them achieve their educational goals.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of working with students with disabilities
  • Teaching and Special Education skills
  • Experience with middle school education
  • Strong communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with children
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in special education are a plus
  • RCI registration mandatory
