Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Translate complex business requirements into simple and elegant design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual elements across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing user behavior and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG/ADA compliance).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
