We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into intuitive designs that delight users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Translate complex business requirements into simple and elegant design solutions.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual elements across platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing user behavior and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG/ADA compliance).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
