Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in Gandhinagar. The Junior Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, the role involves assisting in budget preparations, tax filings, and month-end financial closures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. The Junior Accountant will provide support to senior accounting staff, address financial discrepancies, and maintain organized financial records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience or internship in accounting is advantageous
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
