Job Title: Admin Executive

Department: Administration

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, supporting internal departments, and maintaining a professional workplace environment. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records of asset inventory, and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
  • Ensure timely payment processing of vendors and service providers.
  • Manage visitor records, access cards, and overall front-office coordination (if applicable).
  • Assist management with event planning, meetings, and office activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and high level of integrity.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
