Job Description:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our design and execution teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable architecture, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to translate client visions into practical prefab and innovative solutions.
---Key Responsibilities:Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for prefab and hybrid projects (residential, hospitality, commercial).Prepare and revise CAD drawings, 3D models, and working drawings. Collaborate with engineers and site teams to ensure design feasibility in LGSF/hybrid prefab systems. Conduct site visits to understand ground conditions and oversee design execution. Participate in client discussions, design presentations, and material selections. Support documentation, BOQ preparation, and architectural detailing.---Qualifications & Skills:B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.0–2 years of experience in architecture; interest or experience in prefab/modular design is a plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and basic rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, etc.). Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to fast-paced project timelines. Good communication and teamwork skills; fluency in English and Malayalam preferred.
