Role Overview

  • We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role involving Java-based backend services and React front-end development. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development using Java, Spring Boot, and
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and scalable microservices
  • Write clean, maintainable, full-stack code (frontend + backend)
  • Optimize database design and queries (SQL & NoSQL)
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate with product & design teams to deliver solutions
  • Implement CI/CD, testing strategies, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies

Must-Have Skills

  • Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Microservices, RESTAPI, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), SDLC, Agile, Frontend Development, Backend Development, Code Review
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience,
  • Extensive experience with and its fundamental principles.,
  • Experience with microservices architecture.,
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
