Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement
    end-to-end social media strategies
    across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute
    creative content calendars
    aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and support
    a team of social media executives, copywriters, Graphic designers & video
    editors; conduct regular check-ins, set KPIs, and provide performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to create engaging
    multimedia content
    (posts, reels, stories, carousels, etc.).
  • Manage and grow online communities
    , engage with followers, and monitor conversations.
  • Track key metrics and deliver
    performance reports
    , drawing insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay on top of
    social media trends
    , platform updates, and viral content opportunities.
  • Lead influencer and collaboration outreach to drive
    brand advocacy and engagement
    .

Requirements:


• 7
+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 4 years in a

leadership role.


• Proven success
growing brand presence and engagement
across major platforms.


• Strong understanding of platform best practices, social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout

Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and content performance metrics.


•
Experience in team management, creative direction, and cross-functional collaboration.


•
Excellent communication
, writing, and storytelling skills.


• Creative mindset with an eye for design and tone-of-voice consistency.


• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
