THE OPPORTUNITY: The primary job responsibility of a Jr. Associate Customer pricing is to Create Customer conditions in ERP system as requested by the Sales Team abiding to pricing policies and provide the required reports. You will work closely with our Sales Representatives, Country Managers, to get the Customer Prices creation or amendments done on time and provide accurate and timely data.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Academic: Bachelor's degree (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field will be preferable)
CERTIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft Office applications – Excel
EXPERIENCE:
- 0 to 1 Years of Experience with similar job duties
THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is an added advantage.
- Ability to think analytically, critical thinking skills and quantitative skills.
- Diligence and a natural aptitude for numbers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen.
- Customer-centric and an Ambitious Person attitude.
- Manage time and priorities – set timelines, coordinate tasks for yourself and with others.
- Apply teamwork skills to a range of situations and ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
- Associates should have an ardent desire to learn and constantly enhance their skills.
- Develops better, faster, or less expensive ways to do things.
- Customer focused and motivated to deliver value in every interaction.

- Flexible to Work from Office/Hybrid Model of Work.
HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT:
- Extract pricing information from various sources such as SAP, Databases, and Internal systems.
- Responsible for Creating Customer Conditions in ERP systems, abiding to set policies and procedures.
- Scheduled & On Demand report preparation.
- Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear and concise format.
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Work on various process documentations when asked to (review, update, edit, translate)
