Role & Responsibilities:

  • Draft and design using AutoCAD.

  • Manage and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for machinery.

  • Supervise and handle shift operations.
  • Plan and control spare parts inventory to reduce downtime and costs.
  • Operate and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Handle equipment such as thermo pack, coal crusher, screw compressor, chillers, MHE, and cooling towers.
  • Manage continuous process industry machines.
  • Use ERP/SAP systems for maintenance records and planning.
  • Work in shop floor environments under hot and humid conditions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 812 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in the release paper coating, paper, textile, cold rolling, or engineering industry.
  • Strong technical skills with proven ability in maintenance management.
  • Proficient in ERP/SAP and AutoCAD.
  • Good leadership and team-handling capabilities.
