We Are Hiring: Area Service Manager

Locations: Hubli & Chennai

Open Positions: 2 (1 for Hubli & 1 for Chennai)

Position Overview:-

We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals for the position of Area Service Manager (ASM) Service. This role is critical in managing franchisee operations and service delivery in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consumer electronics or durables, with hands-on experience in field service management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage franchisee service operations within the assigned territory
  • Handle call volumes of approx calls/month (Consumer Electronics & Durables)
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery across locations
  • Implement service processes and monitor adherence
  • Conduct periodic travel across Karnataka/Tamil Nadu (Approx. 2 times/month) for audits, training, and reviews
  • Drive retention metrics, ensuring improved customer satisfaction
  • Handle branding and service visibility at franchisee outlets
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate when required, and ensure closure

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Around 3 years in the Service domain, preferably in Consumer Electronics, Consumer Durables, AC companies, or similar sectors

  • Preferred Industry Background:

  • Samsung

  • LG
  • Voltas
  • Whirlpool
  • Blue Star

  • Other leading consumer electronics/service-focused companies

  • Location Preference:

  • For Hubli role: Candidates from Karnataka, preferably Hubli or nearby

  • For Chennai role: Candidates from Tamil Nadu, preferably Chennai or nearby
