Job Title: Residential Butler
Location: Gurgaon (DLF The Camellias, Sector 42)
Compensation: Up to 6 LPA (up to 50,000 per month) + 1 month Diwali bonus
Accommodation: Live-in, shared twin room with attached bathroom; food provided
A polished, discreet, and service-oriented Residential Butler is required to support a UHNI family of three at their apartment in DLF The Camellias, Gurgaon. The Butler will ensure smooth day-to-day household and hospitality operations, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and home ambience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate closely with the kitchen/chef for timely service of meals, snacks, and beverages as per family preferences.
- Maintain overall home ambience including flower arrangements, lighting, and presentation of key areas.
- Oversee silverware, crockery, and glassware care, ensuring items are clean, polished, and properly stored.
- Manage wardrobe-related tasks such as organizing clothes, handling laundry supervision, and preparing outfits when required.
- Supervise helpers/household staff for cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to household standards.
- Conduct daily property walk-throughs to check cleanliness, maintenance needs, and readiness of all key areas.
- Oversee home cleanliness standards in coordination with housekeeping, ensuring all rooms and common areas are well-kept.
- Handle packing/unpacking for family travel, ensuring luggage is organized, labeled, and prepared as per itineraries.
- Receive and check deliveries, coordinate placement/storage and update the family as needed.
- Maintain a service calendar for routine activities, special days, and important household schedules.
- Follow and support basic household security protocol and VIP/HNI etiquette at all times.
- Employment Type: Full-time, Live-in Residential Butler.
- Working Hours: Approx. 12 hours per day, with flexibility as per family needs.
- Weekly Off: Rotational one day off per week.
- Festive Availability: Required to be available during festivals and special occasions, with compensatory rest as agreed.
- Police verification mandatory; relocation within India not applicable (Gurgaon-based role).
- 3–6 years of experience as Butler/Steward/F&B Associate in UHNI homes or 5-star luxury hotels preferred.
- Strong service mindset with excellent grooming, etiquette, and understanding of VIP/HNI expectations.
- Able to supervise helpers, multitask, and independently manage daily household routines.
- Comfortable in a live-in, shared accommodation setup within the residence.
