Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Electric Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team dedicated to servicing and repairing electric two-wheelers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a keen interest in electric vehicle technology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electric two-wheelers using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including battery checks, software updates, and system calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
• Component Replacement: Replace faulty components such as batteries, motors, controllers, and other electrical systems as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures in an understandable manner.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections and tests after repairs to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any recommendations for further action.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest EV technologies, service techniques, and manufacturer specifications through continuous learning and training.

Qualifications:

• Education: Technical Experience or Non Technical Candidates with EV Course Certification
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using diagnostic tools, electrical schematics, and repair manuals specific to electric two-wheelers.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and repair issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
