Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services. Key tasks include managing transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes, coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless operations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and personnel, while continuously seeking improvements in efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in transportation management, warehousing, and distribution
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, including road and rail transportation
• Proficiency in managing containerized transportation and bulk dry cargo
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to oversee and optimize parcel movement and 3PL services
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable
