- 9-12 years of SAP experience in implementation / support / rollout projects. Deep understanding of system landscape SAP Architecture Good understanding of project implementation methodologies ITIL processes. Performs advanced administration tasks as well as work in conjunction with other technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Build and maintain documentation and standards. Responsible for delivering high quality services to the clients by resolving issues ensuring that the issues are resolved within client SLA agreements - General SAP Administration, Activity Planning, System Maintenance, Incident Management and resolution.
- Security and Compliance Management such as Patch Management and Version Control.
- Maintaining complex SAP Landscape, involving multiple New Dimension products, on a cluster environment with HA (high availability) enablement etc - Provide expert support recommendation for SAP WAS ABAP JAVA - Good hand-on experience on multiple OS DB - Connect with SAP world to update upcoming requirement to develop capabilities within competency - Suggest solution which will benefit the clients like System Improvement Plan to increase performance, provide cost benefit etc.; - Coordinating with various teams to implement solutions for client issues.
- Resolve critical and high priority incident; - Automating manual tasks by implementing automatic alert mechanism like Solution Manager or third party monitoring tool; - Reporting of the service status / metrics on a weekly or monthly basis; - Documenting new process and periodically reviewing changes to documents; - Managing Major Incidents and keeping all updated of the status and meeting the SLA by quick resolution.
- Design, Implement and Support the SAP solution - Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets, knowledge of SLAs, and playing vital role in identifying RCA.
- Contribute to competency and work on PoC/PoV's - Interacting with customers, understanding the requirements, proposing solutions / methodology etc.
- Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing / lead role - SAP BASIS skillset person with experience on MS SQL database ( patching and upgrades ) 2-3 DB upgrade project Named Job Posting? (if Yes - needs to be approved by SCSC)
