We are a modern product and services organization, one of the largest business & consumer services on the planet, with over 300 million monthly active users. Data scientists on this team will be part of the broader data science team, and specific product teams focused on tangible and immediate business impact.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to work on some of the biggest changes in how users collaborate in Teams including mobile, search, notifications, and copilot. Our goal is to enhance these features, improving the mobile user experience, helping users stay on top of their tasks, and enhancing the search experience. Data is key to getting it right This role requires technical depth and experience leveraging statistics, data analysis, and visualization to drive business insights that lead to action and successful business outcomes.
