We have a strong user base of millions and are now looking for a 'Backend Programmer' to help us reach the next level.

QUALIFICATIONS-
BCA, B. Tech (CSE/IT), MCA or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES-

· Design and develop large-scale distributed services.

· Work on server-side services and connect millions of users in a competitive environment.

· Design and implement new user-facing features.

· Take ownership of one or more components of the platform and drive innovation.

· Participate in the requirements analysis, design, development, and testing of applications.

· Design, Create, Implement, Debug, and Refine gameplay features to optimize scalability and performance.

· Work in collaboration with other developers to deliver results.

· Work closely with product management and design teams to define and refine feature specifications.

· Manage individual projects' priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS-

· 2-4 years of experience with solid foundation in writing backend code.

· Shipped 2-3 products with backend capabilities.

· Good knowledge of C#.

· Knowledge of multi-threaded programming with C#.

· Understanding of concurrency, synchronization, and memory usage.

· Proficient in working on any/no framework as per requirement.

· Good knowledge of one or more RDMS and NoSQL databases.

· Good understanding of the nuances of distributed systems, scalability, and availability.

· Good verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge of version control tools such as Git, Bitbucket.

PLUSES-

· Knowledge of socket programming.

· Experience with IaaS clouds like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.

· Understanding of In-memory data store like Redis.
