Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer
with strong expertise in
AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets)
, Java development, and integration of AEM with enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
development, enhancements, and application support
for AEM-based platforms while ensuring performance, scalability, and stability in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for AEM authoring, publishing, and dispatcher environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM Sites, Assets, workflows, replication, and user access.
  • Develop and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and workflows using Sling, OSGi, and JCR APIs.
  • Configure and optimize dispatcher, cache management, and AEM security models.
  • Perform AEM upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Support and enhance RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and Adobe Experience Cloud services.
  • Participate in deployment activities, validate post-deployment functionality, and ensure CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
  • Monitor system health, logs, and alerts using tools like Splunk, Kibana, CloudWatch, Dynatrace.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders for scalable solutions.
  • Document RCA, troubleshooting steps, and create knowledge base articles.
  • Contribute to secure coding practices, code reviews, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Adobe AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets).
  • Proficiency in JCR, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), Apache Felix Console.
  • Expertise in Java, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and client-side frameworks (React/Angular – desirable).
  • Knowledge of dispatcher configuration, cache management, and AEM security models.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Adobe Cloud Manager).
  • Familiarity with Adobe I/O, AEM Forms, and Adobe Experience Cloud tools (desirable).
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Experience in log management (Splunk, Kibana) and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Dynatrace).
