Valet Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Valet to join our team at The Garden Ananta Elite in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate with guests to ensure their vehicle is safely and efficiently parked.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential damage or defects.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with guests and vehicles.
• Collaborate with other staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on new technologies and systems used in valet parking operations.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Valet or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety procedures and protocols is required.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic mathematical calculations is necessary.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
