Title: Proposal Writer

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Job Type: Full‑Time

  • Review and interpret RFP, RFQ, and RFI requirements; develop proposal outlines and compliance matrices.
  • Collaborate with technical, finance, legal, subject matter experts, and Sales/BD teams to gather content.
  • Draft proposal sections such as executive summaries, technical approach, methodology, schedules/timelines, team and management plans, budgets, etc.
  • Edit, proofread, format proposals ensuring adherence to templates, brand guidelines, grammar, and overall clarity.
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously; track deadlines and coordinate final reviews.
  • Maintain content libraries: boilerplate text, past performances / case studies, standard templates.
  • Incorporate feedback from reviewers, make revisions, and perform final quality checks before submission.
  • Monitor proposal outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
