Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP FICO module configurations, covering key submodules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, and Cost Center Accounting.

- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projectsfrom requirement gathering and blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Finance, Controlling, and other SAP modules.

- Analyze and optimize financial processes to align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

- Support migration and upgrade activities between ECC and S/4HANA platforms.

- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

- At least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation (end-to-end).

- Strong working knowledge of both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems (mandatory).

- Solid understanding of core finance, accounting principles, and controlling concepts.

- Professional qualification : CA or CMA (mandatory/preferred as applicable).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
