Job Description – PMO Lead (Fixture Manufacturing & Automation)Position Overview:
The PMO Lead will be responsible for overseeing project management activities, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects related to fixture manufacturing and automation solutions. The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of precision fixtures and automation systems, and the ability to align projects with business goals while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for fixture manufacturing and automation projects.
- Establish and enforce project management standards, templates, and methodologies (PMO governance).
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and automation engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and track detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive risk assessment, mitigation plans, and contingency strategies for project success.
- Ensure timely project reporting, status updates, and communication with stakeholders/customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, vendors, customers) for smooth project flow.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs (quality, cost, delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in project execution and delivery.
- Mentor and guide project engineers/managers within the PMO framework.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production / Automation Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 7 years in fixture manufacturing and automation projects.
- Strong understanding of fixture design, precision manufacturing, automation systems, robotics, and assembly solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Certification in PMP/PRINCE2/Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results.

Pay: ₹957, ₹1,829,228.76 per year
