About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should
have a strong passion for teaching and a thorough understanding of technology, with the ability
to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly. As a Technical Trainer at SPECTRAFORCE,
you will play a crucial role in developing our workforces technical skills, enabling them to
maximize productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and Develop Training Programs: Create comprehensive training materials, including
presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, tailored to the needs of our technical teams.
• Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and
virtually, covering various technical topics.
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through feedback,
testing, and performance metrics, and continuously improve the content and delivery based on
these insights.
• Support Employee Development: Provide ongoing support and mentoring to trainees, addressing
their individual learning needs and helping them apply new skills in their roles.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and
incorporate relevant updates into training materials to ensure our teams are always at the cutting
edge.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments, including HR, IT, and specific
project teams, to identify training needs and align programs with business goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Trainer, with a strong background in IT, software development, or
related fields.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable way.
• Proficiency with various training tools and platforms, including LMS (Learning Management
Systems).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with instructional design and curriculum development is a plus.
