Core Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead cross functional Requirement Gathering and Planning meetings

  • Encourage and lead the PI Planning to all the stake holders

  • Establish a clear vision for the product/feature and ensure its development aligns with the Business's overall strategy.

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, which is a list of features, user stories, and tasks.

  • Collect Business/customer feedback to define user stories.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product vision, progress, and upcoming releases.

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure they understand the requirements and are working effectively to deliver value.

  • Plan and coordinate product releases, managing timelines and ensuring that the team meets sprint objectives.

  • Prompt stakeholder communication and sharing of necessary reports.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Experience of at least 4-5 years as PO

  • Experience with agile methodologies and scrum frameworks is essential.

  • Understanding of AI assets and leverage these to support PO tasks.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong verbal/written communication, precise listening capabilities

  • Analytical approach to problem solving

  • Able to handle problem resolution proactively
