Purchase Activities:

  • Create and raise Purchase Orders (POs) in Tally Prime accurately.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors .
  • Follow up on deliveries, track shipment status, and ensure timely material availability.
  • Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels for all products
  • Maintain all purchase records, delivery challans, stock registers etc
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management.
  • Update purchase and inventory data regularly in Tally Prime and Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • 1–3 years of experience in Purchase or Store Management.
  • Must have Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (PO, stock management).
  • Good knowledge of purchase cycles, inventory management, and vendor negotiation.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
