Role Overview:

As an
Architect

, you will be responsible for leading the
design process

from concept to execution, ensuring all hospitality projects meet the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and efficiency. You will work on
interior, architectural, and landscape designs

, create detailed
Good for Construction (GFC) drawings

, and collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural, interior, and landscape designs that align with Raho's aesthetic and brand vision.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate working drawings/GFC drawings for execution.
  • Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, including layers, annotations, line weights, and blocks.
  • Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Travel to project sites extensively out of Bangalore to document existing conditions and oversee design implementation.
  • Work under tight deadlines while maintaining precision in all deliverables.
  • Contribute to improving processes and design standards to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • 0-2  years of experience in interior design, architecture, preferably within a top design firm.
  • Experience in hospitality, villa, or residential projects is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop and Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Some experience in landscape design is preferred.
  • Strong time management and planning skills to handle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is preferred.
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, when required in a fast-paced startup environment.
