hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer (SDE-2 – Platform Engineering)
who thrives in automation-heavy environments and loves solving infrastructure challenges. You'll help modernize our platform, implement self-healing systems, and drive AI-driven automation for predictive monitoring and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    platform modernization
    efforts — containerization, service mesh, and microservices migration.
  • Design and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    and self-service DevOps platforms.
  • Implement
    Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
    using
    Terraform / CloudFormation
    .
  • Automate provisioning and operations using
    Ansible / Chef / Puppet
    .
  • Build
    observability frameworks
    using
    Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK
    .
  • Integrate
    DevSecOps
    practices for security and compliance.
  • Drive
    AI/ML-based automation
    for predictive alerting and intelligent incident response.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and security teams.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in
    DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
    roles.
  • Strong expertise in
    Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh
    (Istio/Linkerd).
  • Proficiency in
    CI/CD tools
    (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker).
  • Experience with
    Terraform / Pulumi
    , and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Familiarity with
    Kafka / Pub-Sub systems
    and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Knowledge of
    AIOps
    and ML-based automation.
