Role & responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement monthly email & WhatsApp marketing plans aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Segment audience databases to deliver personalized and relevant communication.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for message design and delivery strategy.

2. Campaign Execution

  • Create, schedule, and send promotional, transactional, and automated campaigns.
  • Manage WhatsApp Business API campaigns (broadcasts, automations, journeys).
  • Ensure all campaigns follow compliance, opt-in, and privacy standards.

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, delivery rate, and unsubscribe rate.
  • A/B test subject lines, creatives, CTAs, and timing to improve performance.
  • Optimize messaging based on user behavior, engagement, and funnel drop-offs.

4. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Track and nurture leads generated from campaigns until conversion or handover to sales.
  • Integrate CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) for lead tagging, scoring, and remarketing.
  • Retarget inactive leads through drip and re-engagement flows.

5. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed performance reports (weekly & monthly) with actionable insights.
  • Present campaign analytics with recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain campaign database hygiene and ensure accurate data capture.

6. Growth & Innovation

  • Explore new tools, automation workflows, and AI-assisted campaign optimizations.
  • Stay updated with trends in WhatsApp marketing automation and email marketing.
  • Test new engagement formats videos, polls, interactive messages, etc.
