Job Requirement

For - Royal Cyber Private Limited – INDIA

Remote/Chennai/Bangalore - Full-Time- Timings 2 -11 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for SAP S/4 HANA OnPrem and Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with data architects and business teams to understand data requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Integrate data from SAP and other ERP systems into centralized data platforms using best-in-class engineering practices.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all systems and reporting layers.
• Optimize performance of data flows and troubleshoot issues across SAP HANA, SAP Data Services, and related technologies.
• Implement medallion architectures and support data lake initiatives for scalable analytics.
• Contribute to the development of reusable data engineering frameworks and automation tools.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering, SAP, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data integration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA in manufacturing, finance, or sales distribution domains.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA database, SAP Data Services, and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, SAP PowerDesigner).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure).
• Familiarity with Inmon, Kimball, and Data Vault methodologies.
• Experience with data lakes and medallion architecture design.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management (MDM), and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, APIs).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid or cloud-based SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing deployments.
• Experience with Power BI.
