Role Description

This is a full-time on-site IT Manager role located in Ludhiana. The IT Manager will oversee the organization's technology infrastructure, ensure systems remain secure and efficient, and manage IT projects from planning to execution. Key responsibilities include leading a team of IT professionals, troubleshooting systems, implementing new technologies, and ensuring compliance with relevant data security standards.

  • Project Management and Leadership skills to lead IT teams and initiatives
  • Experience with Systems Integration, Software Implementation, and IT Support
  • Proven expertise in Data Security, Backup Solutions, and Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
