Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Collection Manager for our Hyderabad

operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in loan recovery, team handling,

and regional language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage a team of field collection executives


• Ensure recovery of overdue loans as per company policy


• Conduct field visits and resolve complex cases directly when required


• Monitor and report daily collection performance


• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams when necessary


• Maintain detailed MIS and submit regular reports to senior management

Required Qualifications:


• Minimum 3+ years of experience in field collections or debt recovery (NBFC/BFSI preferred)


• Proven experience in managing field collection teams


• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English


• Strong understanding of recovery laws and field operations


• Ability to work independently and manage pressure situations
