We're looking for a passionate
Fullstack Developer
to join our core tech team and help scale Rentkar's platform using modern technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and deliverables
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps using
    , React, , MongoDB, and AWS
  • Write clean, modular, and efficient code following best practices
  • Work on integrations: payments (Razorpay), notifications (WhatsApp/IVR), CDN/image optimizations, and analytics
  • Optimize performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals for high-traffic apps
  • Implement secure APIs, backend services, and database designs
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve the platform

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
  • Strong hands-on expertise with
    , , , MongoDB
  • Experience with
    AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda)
  • Good understanding of
    REST APIs, serverless architecture, caching (Redis preferred)
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD, Git, Docker, testing frameworks
  • Knowledge of SEO, structured data, and performance optimization is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership, and teamwork skills
