Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Database Administrator located in Gurugram. The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's databases. Daily responsibilities include database design, troubleshooting, replication processes, and ensuring database performance and security. The candidate will collaborate with teams to support the company's IT infrastructure and provide critical data solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Database Administration and Database Design and query opitmization .
  • Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and solving database-related issues efficiently.
  • Experience working with Databases, including maintenance, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Replication techniques to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Familiarity with database security best practices and disaster recovery solutions.
  • High-level problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a financial technology or related industry is advantageous.
