Location - Pune/Nagpur (WFO)

Experience - 6+Years

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned
Data Analyst
to work with one of the
leading BFSI players
. The ideal candidate brings strong
Loans / Retail Banking domain expertise
along with hands-on skills in
SQL, Reporting, and Datawarehousing concepts
. This is a
client-facing role
where you will drive insights that shape key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze loan and retail banking data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Design and execute
    SQL queries
    to extract, transform, and validate data.
  • Develop and maintain
    reports & dashboards
    for business stakeholders.
  • Apply
    datawarehousing concepts
    to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years
    of professional experience in Data Analytics.
  • Strong
    Loans / Retail Banking domain knowledge
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    SQL
    (querying, optimization, debugging).
  • Solid understanding of
    Reporting
    concepts and tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
  • Knowledge of
    Datawarehousing concepts
    (ETL, schema design, fact/dimension tables, etc.).
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working directly with BFSI clients.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, visualization, or automation tools.
