Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a People Technology and Analytics Specialist. The role involves designing and implementing HR technology solutions, analyzing workforce data to generate insights, and supporting project management within the domain of people analytics. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience, optimize human resource functions, and ensure data-driven decision-making processes within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for workforce data analysis and the ability to interpret and present insights effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey findings clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology tools, specifically HR systems and software, as well as intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel or data visualization tools.
  • Project Management abilities including planning, organizing, and executing people-related projects with attention to timelines and outcomes.
  • Research skills to stay informed about HR technology trends and best practices within the industry.
  • Relevant education or certifications in HR, Analytics, or Technology will be a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management experience are highly desirable.
