Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing efforts in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content strategy, and campaign management
, with the ability to drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on
    Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
    .
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing efforts.
  • Lead the social media strategy and ensure strong online brand presence.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
    .
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in
    digital marketing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    performance marketing (PPC, social ads, retargeting)
    .
  • Expertise in
    SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
    .
  • Experience in
    content and social media strategy
    .
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end.
  • Based in Pune and available to work from office.
