The CDP – Chinese Cuisine is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Chinese dishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The role supports senior chefs in maintaining kitchen operations and contributes to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure mise-en-place is prepared and maintained for daily operations.
- Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef to support smooth kitchen functioning.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to ensure freshness and minimize wastage.
- Adhere to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.
- Keep the work area, kitchen equipment, and utensils clean and well-maintained.
- Support colleagues and maintain teamwork within the kitchen department.
- Uphold the hotel's quality, service, and operational standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
